Before you continue
Deletion is permanent. Requesting it immediately signs the account out everywhere, disables game access, revokes provider mappings, schedules revocation of the stored Sign in with Apple credential when applicable, and prevents the account from being used to create new game sessions.
Data deleted with the account
- Account identifiers, authentication records, and profile information.
- External identity mappings, encrypted Apple refresh credentials, and browser and mobile sessions.
- Characters, progression, skills, quests, inventory, items, and virtual currency balances.
- Guild, party, friend, and other social associations tied to the account.
- Device associations and gameplay records not required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or transaction records.

Retained data is restricted to the stated purpose and is not used to continue gameplay services or marketing.
Processing timeline
Access is revoked as soon as the confirmed request succeeds. Permanent deletion or de-identification is completed within 30 days. The confirmation above provides the exact deadline and request ID.
