1. Who we are and scope
ProjectR is the developer and service operator responsible for R.A.N. - Royal Academy Nations (“RAN,” “the game,” or “the service”). This policy covers information processed through the game, its multiplayer servers, player support, account services, and this website.
2. Information we collect
Account and profile information
We process an account ID or username, authentication information, and an email address if one is supplied for registration, recovery, support, or verification. We also process character names, appearance, class, academy, and other profile choices.
Gameplay and social information
We process character progression, skills, quests, inventory, items, virtual currency, in-game actions, server and channel selections, parties, guild or friend relationships, chat messages, reports, and other content you submit through the service.
Device, network, and security information
We may process IP address and IP-derived approximate location, device and operating-system information, app version, language, connection records, login and security events, and Google Play Integrity results used to protect the game and its content.
Purchases and support
If purchases are offered, we process the product, transaction identifier, purchase status, and related entitlement. Google Play processes payment-card details; ProjectR does not receive your full payment-card number. We also process information you include in support, privacy, safety, or deletion requests.
Diagnostics
We may process crash information, error logs, performance diagnostics, and technical events needed to troubleshoot or improve the service. The current Android client does not include a third-party advertising SDK.
3. How we use information
- Register, authenticate, secure, and administer player accounts.
- Provide multiplayer gameplay, save progress, deliver items, and enable social features.
- Process and restore purchase entitlements and respond to refund or billing inquiries.
- Detect cheating, fraud, abuse, unauthorized clients, and security incidents.
- Moderate chat and user-generated content and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Provide technical support, investigate errors, and improve reliability and performance.
- Comply with law, protect users, and establish or defend legal claims.
5. Data retention
Ordinary account and gameplay information is retained while the account is active and for the time reasonably needed to operate the service. After a verified deletion request, eligible account data is deleted or permanently de-identified within 30 days.
Backup copies may remain isolated for up to 30 additional days. Security, anti-fraud, moderation, and abuse records may be retained for up to 12 months or longer for an active investigation or legal claim. Purchase and accounting records may be retained for up to five years or as required by applicable law. See our Account Deletion page for full details.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of certain personal information. You may also object to some processing. To make a request, email [email protected]. We may verify your identity before acting.

7. Children
The service is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
8. Security and international processing
We use access controls, credential protection, integrity checks, monitoring, and other technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect service data. Login credentials are encrypted before transmission. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
The service may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use safeguards intended to protect information consistently with this policy and applicable law.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The revised policy will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes may also be announced through the game or other appropriate channels.
